Family-centered dentistry
Dr. Frank began her dental career practicing alongside her father, Dr. Richard Gibbon. After her father retired, Dr. Frank took over her father’s practice and is currently the lead doctor at Legacy Dental. She is honored to continue her father’s legacy of providing excellent dental care with integrity and gentleness.
Located in the heart of Post Falls, ID, Legacy Dental provides excellent general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry to the community. Our office has a warm, inviting atmosphere, complete with modern dental technology and comfortable amenities, including blankets, headphones, coffee, water, and kids’ toys.

Dr. Whitney Frank, DDS
Dr. Frank grew up in Post Falls and feels blessed to be part of this community. North Idaho is a special place. She loves the people, the lakes, the seasons, and having all her family close by.
She graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2008 and then completed an additional year of advanced education treating patients in the Emergency Room and Operating Room settings at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City.
In 2010, she returned to Post Falls, joining this practice with her father, Dr. Richard Gibbon. She is honored to follow his legacy of providing excellent dental care with integrity and gentleness.
She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and an Oral-DNA Provider. Her special interests are in sleep apnea and airway and oral-systemic health connections.
In her free time, she enjoys North Idaho with her husband and their three daughters. She loves triathlon training, hiking, skiing, and sunshine.
Dr. Jenna Kedish, DDS
Born in Coeur d’Alene and raised on the Post Falls/ Rathdrum Prairie, Dr. Kedish is a true North Idaho native.
She graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Idaho. During her U of I summer breaks, Dr. Kedish interned at our very own Hayden Lake office!
After graduating with honors from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2019, Dr. Kedish opted to expand her knowledge of complex cases with an AEGD (advanced education in general dentistry) residency in Meridian, ID. She is excited to return to the Idaho Panhandle and join the Avondale Dental Group team.
While not at work, you can find Dr. Kedish and her husband, Brendon, hiking, leisurely biking, swimming boating, fishing, camping, and anything else to do with nature. She and Brendon live with their cat, Stella, whom they adopted their first year in Omaha and have been taking orders from ever since.
